Things people ask before signing up

What does "line of sight" mean, and what if I don't have it?
Our wireless link is a radio beam between our mast and a dish on your roof, so the path between them has to be clear — no tall building or thick tree in the way. The site survey is free, and if the direct path is blocked we can often solve it with a taller pole. If we truly can't reach you, we'll tell you straight, and add your address to the fibre waiting list instead.
Is the data really unlimited?
Yes. There is no monthly cap and no fair-use throttle. Your package speed is what you get on the first of the month and on the last.
Does the connection drop in heavy rain?
Very heavy rain can briefly soften a wireless link, which is normal for radio anywhere in the world. We install with margin to keep that rare, and it clears as the storm passes. Fibre is unaffected by weather — another reason to be on the waiting list.
Am I tied into a contract?
No long contract. You pay month to month by M-Pesa. The free-installation offer asks for a three-month commitment, and you can move up or down a package at any time.
What happens when fibre reaches my road?
We contact you before we switch anything. Your wireless link keeps running right up to the day of the fibre install, so you're never off. Same account, same support line, same team.
How do I report a fault?
Call or WhatsApp 0790 094 141. It reaches the team that runs the network, not a call centre. Business packages get a same-day response.
